Pavement Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking team member to join our field crew installing and maintaining parking lot markings and related pavement services. This position works outdoors and plays a key role in helping our crews deliver high-quality results for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Assist with layout and installation of parking lot striping and pavement markings
• Help install signage, wheel stops, and other traffic control devices
• Support sealcoating and general pavement maintenance projects
• Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials used on job sites
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
Requirements
• Reliable and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and move equipment and materials
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Construction or pavement maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Outside Sales Representative – Pavement Maintenance
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated outside sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, and generating opportunities in the field. This role is focused on developing new business and expanding our presence with property managers, contractors, and business owners who need parking lot maintenance services.
This is a performance-based position with commission earning potential for someone who is self-driven and comfortable creating opportunities through networking, site visits, and outreach.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new business through cold calls, site visits, networking, and referrals
• Meet with property managers, contractors, HOAs, and business owners
• Evaluate job sites and prepare estimates for striping, signage, sealcoating, and related services
• Follow up on quotes and proposals to close new business
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity
Requirements
• Self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based sales role
• Ability to organize leads, follow-ups, and sales activity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
